Yes. If your roof is leaking or has been damaged by a storm, get in touch and we'll get out to make it watertight as quickly as we can, so the water stops and the damage doesn't spread inside your home.
How quickly can you attend an emergency roof leak? +
We prioritise active leaks and storm damage and aim to get to you as fast as we can. Give us a ring, describe what's happening, and we'll tell you honestly when we can be there and what to do in the meantime.
Do you handle insurance and storm-damage claims? +
We do a lot of storm-damage work and can document the damage and provide the reports and quotes your insurer needs to process a claim. It makes the whole process far less stressful when your roof has been hit by bad weather.
What should I do while I wait for you to arrive? +
Stay safe — don't go up on the roof yourself. Inside, move valuables away from the leak and catch water in a bucket or basin. If it's safe, put a container under any bulging ceiling. Then leave the roof to us.
