Fascias and soffits are usually replaced in UPVC now rather than repainted timber, since it needs no maintenance and won't rot again. A full roofline replacement is often more cost-effective than repeated timber repairs, because access and scaffolding costs are the same either way. We also clear and check gutters as standard on any roofline job. Since a blocked gutter defeats the point of new fascias, it's worth doing at the same time.

Can you just repair my gutters rather than replace them? +

Often, yes. Re-sealing joints, refixing loose brackets, realigning falls and clearing blockages will get many gutters working again. Where the guttering is brittle or sagging beyond repair, we'll quote for replacement instead.
